Q: DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
A: Yes! We ship worldwide to ensure that our customers will enjoy their shopping experience with us.

Q: HOW SOON SHOULD I EXPECT MY ORDERS TO ARRIVE?
Please allow up to 1~5 business days for your order to be processed. During high volume periods and sales, dispatch time may vary.

-US domestic-Estimated delivery 4-14 business days.

-International shipments-Estimated delivery 8-18 business days.

*Please note that all shipments require a physical address, we are unable to delivery to PO Boxes at this time.

Q: HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
A: Upon placing your order, please allow 1~5 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouses will pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible.

Once your products are shipped out, tracking information will available and sent to your email address. If you do not receive it, make sure you check your spam folder.

*Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders that are delivered to incorrect addresses.



Q: HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If after placing your order you realize you’ve made a mistake or no longer want the order, then we can process a cancellation within 24 hours of the order being placed. Please reach out to us at contact@giantjupiter.com and provided it’s within 24 hours and the order hasn’t shipped, we should be able to cancel your order and process a refund for you.

Once your order has been shipped we are unable to cancel the order.


Q: IS YOUR WEBSITE SECURE WITH MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?
A: Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information, and it will be purged after purchasing of your product.


Q: What I need to know about the custom charges?
Your orders may subject to customs depending on which country you are located. Custom clearance may cause shipping delays beyond estimated delivery time. We do not hold responsibilities for the custom charges. We recommend you check your country’s custom policy prior to ordering.


Q: WHAT IF I ONLY RECEIVED PARTIAL QUANTITY/QUANTITIES OF MY ORDERS?
A: It is possible and normal that you receive partial unit/ units earlier than the others. Do not worry! As we have a large assortment of products that are not stored in the same warehouse, it is pretty normal that some products get shipped separately.


Q: WHAT IS YOUR REFUND/ EXCHANGE POLICY?
A: If you were not completely satisfied with your purchases, no worries! We have 30 days money back guarantee. Simply shoot us an email at contact@giantjupiter.com provided with your order number for a refund request, we will be more than happy to assist you.

*All RETURN requests will be only accepted within 30 days of the products’ delivery date. Once we have received your returned units, a full refund will be issued back to your original payment method. We do not cover shipping costs and they are not refundable. We do recommend you use a trackable service as we do not take responsibility for orders returned to us.


Q: WHAT IF I RECEIVED A PRODUCT THAT IS DEFECTIVE?
A: Our warehouses will always do our due diligence to inspect the quality of your ordered units before delivery. If you receive a faulty product or find damages to the product, contact us immediately. We will get it addressed to ensure your best shopping experience.
